Job summary

Medpace, a Cincinnati-based clinical contract research organization, seeks a Contracts Attorney to develop and manage contracts with clients, pharma companies, and strategic vendors for clinical trials. The role emphasizes drafting, negotiations, risk evaluation, and collaboration with business partners to protect company interests.

The attorney will review and finalize master services agreements, SOWs, CDAs, and other related agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and advancing Medpace's

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with 1-2 years of contracting experience.
• Licensed in Ohio or ability to obtain Corporate Counsel status in Ohio.
• Knowledge of relevant Clinical Trial and Contracts Legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills; and
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

We are looking to introduce a full-time Contracts Attorney to expand our Commercial Operations team. The Contracts Attorney will play a key role in the development and management of contracts with Medpace’s clients, pharmaceutical companies, and strategic vendors for clinical research trials.
