AbbVie Inc. in the United States is seeking a Paralegal to join the Operations, Purchasing, and Corporate Affairs Legal team and the AI Legal Team.

The role focuses on maintaining templates, negotiating contracts, and advising AbbVie businesses on legal and policy obligations with attorney guidance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements, assisting with template creation, and guiding business clients while staying current on evolving laws affecting client areas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and / or Paralegal certificate.
• 3+ years paralegal experience including contract negotiation and AI tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages a variety of transactional agreements under attorney supervision.
• Assists attorneys with creating contract templates.
• Independently identifies problems, analyzes, proposes solutions, and guides business clients.
• Manages and resolves complex legal issues on projects involving multiple disciplines within AbbVie.
• Keeps abreast of changes in laws that affect client areas.
