Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking an AHQ Paralegal to support legal operations, work closely with attorneys, business teams, and external partners to streamline contract processes and improve workflows. The role offers the chance to impact legal operations within a collaborative environment.

Located in Irvine, CA, this position requires 5–6 years of paralegal experience and an associates degree. The role includes domestic travel up to 15% and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Effective and professional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong reading comprehension, grammar, writing, and language skills.
• Ability to complete all essential job functions with high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Experience with contract management or vendor management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between AHQ legal team and external lawyers for large cases and projects, and manage invoice payments.
• Manage, prioritize, and track contract requests and approvals per internal policies.
• Support litigation and pre-litigation matters by organizing and reporting information from multiple sources.
• Develop, implement, and refine procedures to improve accuracy, approvals, and record-keeping.
• Maintain and update case files, contracting templates, litigation templates, and internal playbooks.
• Monitor and evaluate contract-management processes to measure effectiveness and ensure compliance.
