With 3+ years in construction defect/commercial litigation and federal/state procedure knowledge, you will assist from inception through trial and coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and others in fast-paced, multi-party litigation. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting attorneys in litigation, including working with insurers and clients.
• Strong understanding of legal language, pleadings and discovery.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in complex state and federal cases from pleadings through trial.
• Draft pleadings, scheduling orders, and motions for state and federal court.
• Prepare and manage written discovery and privilege logs.
• Organize and summarize construction project records, contracts, drawings, and claim files.
• Coordinate subpoenas and prepare for depositions; assist with trial preparations and jury support.
• Meet a billing target of approximately 140 hours per month.
