Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in a law firm.
• Thorough understanding of the litigation process.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document management and analysis for large cases
• Medical record summaries and chronologies
• Procurement of medical records/HIPAA compliance
• Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests
• Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses
• Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel
• Statewide roster/docket monitoring
• Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court
• Tracks time spent on client matters and enters time in billing system
