The Charleston, South Carolina office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is seeking an experienced paralegal to support our Construction Litigation and Insurance Coverage practice teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, preferably involving construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters, and a strong working knowledge of both South Carolina and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This position is well-suited for a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who is comfortable assisting with cases from inception through trial and working closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and other professionals in fast-paced, multi-party litigation involving large document productions and complex claims.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive litigation support in state and federal construction-related and insurance coverage disputes. Candidates should be self-starters who take ownership of their cases, anticipate needs, and thrive in a collaborative litigation environment.
