Ideal candidates have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and litigation support software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes, legal procedures, and case management.
• Proficiency in preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to complex discovery requests for cases.
• Prepare medical chronologies and detailed case summaries for attorneys.
• Summarize deposition transcripts for attorney review.
• Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and key events.
• Draft, issue, and track subpoenas.
• Monitor case timelines to meet deadlines and advance cases.
• Identify and coordinate necessary reports and ensure completion by the attorney or staff.
• Maintain case files and support trial preparation.
