Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; draft subpoenas and pleadings.
• Assist in case analysis and meet deadlines applicable to the matter.
• E-file with State and Federal courts as needed.
• Summarize medical and billing records for the team.
• Summarize depositions and manage cases from inception to completion.
