Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of discovery, including collection, organization, review, logging, production, and compliance.
• Prepare, draft, file, and serve court documents in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate case schedules, hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and expert witness communications.
• Maintain organized case files, databases, witness lists, exhibits, and trial materials.
• Conduct legal research, verify citations, and assist with case analysis.
• Support pretrial, trial, and post-trial preparation and courtroom logistics.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, experts, court personnel, and staff with attention to detail.
