We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Birmingham office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in liability cases and work on a wide range of litigation matters. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of liability matters, including premises liability, personal assault, and other litigation in the retail and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct depositions (including expert depositions), mediations, and other key litigation activities.
• Collaborate with a team of three attorneys and three paralegals in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal court is strongly preferred.
• Skilled in depositions, expert depositions, and mediations.
• Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
