Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal or related field.
- Experience or strong interest in investment management, 40 Act funds, and governance.
- Familiarity with board portal systems and document management systems is preferred.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe tools and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and review of board materials, contracts, investment guidelines, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain timelines and project plans; represent Legal in meetings including board and investment committee meetings.
