Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a governance professional to support day‑to‑day governance and administration of US entities and investment structures within the Real Assets division. You will prepare governance documents, maintain entity records, coordinate approvals, and support regulatory and operational requirements.

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in corporate governance, entity management, paralegal, legal, or related professional services environments.
  • Hands on experience managing governance processes, including minute books, written consents, resolutions, officer and director updates, and document execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of risk, controls, compliance requirements, and governance practices within a regulated organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with electronic signature tools, entity management platforms, or a willingness to use new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the day‑to‑day governance and administration of US entities and investment structures with a focus on our wealth initiatives. What You Offer

Salary range for this position: $73,000-99,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
