Sage is seeking a Paralegal for its Legal Innovation Centre in Atlanta. You will support commercial contracting, legal research and drafting, while transforming repeatable work into scalable playbooks and AI-assisted services.

Join a cross-functional team of legal, service design, engineering and operations to deliver practical legal support globally, with hybrid work arrangements in a technology-driven SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong legal research, analysis and drafting skills.
• Good legal and commercial judgement; ability to work independently within clear boundaries.
• Clear, practical communication; ability to simplify legal requirements for non-lawyers.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ownership to manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity about improving legal services and interest in AI, automation, workflow design and legal tech.
• Experience with SaaS/software or tech-focused legal services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own defined legal requests from intake to resolution using playbooks and escalation routes.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts; conduct legal research and prepare documents.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly to keep matters moving.
• Apply judgement to identify risks and involve attorneys when needed.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates and self-service resources.
• Help design and improve digital and automated legal workflows with human oversight of AI outputs.
