Sage’s Legal Innovation Centre in Atlanta is seeking a Paralegal to support global teams with commercial contracting, research, and document preparation. You’ll apply playbooks, contribute to AI-enabled workflows, and help scale legal services while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

You’ll join a hybrid team collaborating with legal, service design, engineering, and operations to improve processes and legal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Takes ownership of defined legal requests from intake through resolution.
• Supports commercial contract review and negotiation.
• Performs legal research and drafts documents.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and communicates clearly to keep matters moving.
• Converts legal knowledge into reusable playbooks, templates, and self-service resources.
• Participates in designing, testing and improving digital/legal workflows, with human oversight of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own defined legal requests from intake through to resolution, applying playbooks and escalation routes.
• Support legal teams with contract review, negotiation, and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders; communicate needs and progress clearly.
• Develop playbooks, templates, clauses, and self-service resources for efficiency.
• Assist in designing and refining digital workflows and AI-assisted outputs.
