DAY TO DAY:

Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to join an accounts receivable management company in the Bonita Springs area. We currently have an immediate opening for a Paralegal who will join our existing dynamic team which manages the processes associated with reporting and investigating lawsuits, counterclaims, and regulatory inquiries, and also provides other support in the legal operations of the company. This position is classified as non‑exempt under the FLSA and will be entitled to overtime for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week. The Legal Claims group is part of the company’s Legal Department and serves as the primary interaction point for the company’s nationwide network of law firms, collection agencies, and clients. It is responsible for receiving inbound claims through an automatic intake process, processing, investigating and resolving the claims, responding to and ensuring the next steps are performed to resolve the claims, including interacting with the network and clients through resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage assigned cases to resolution

• Effectively track and manage deadlines
• Host and direct telephone conferences
• Alert management to escalated allegations or demands

Compensation:

$24/hr to $28/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
