Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, proofread, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key contractual obligations.
  • Maintain corporate records, legal entity documentation, and support governance activities.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with employment, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters under legal counsel.
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas, audits, litigation requests, and other inquiries.

Who We're Looking For

The Paralegal is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to Waste Harmonics Keter's legal, executive, and business teams. This role plays a critical part in supporting contract administration, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, legal research, litigation support, and document management while helping ensure the organization operates efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Draft, review, proofread, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and other legal documents
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key contractual obligations
  • Maintain corporate records, legal entity documentation, and support corporate governance activities
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Assist with employment, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters under the direction of legal counsel
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas, audits, litigation requests, and other legal inquiries
  • Maintain organized legal files, document repositories, and records management systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other business teams to support legal requests
  • Coordinate with outside counsel by gathering documentation, managing communications, and supporting ongoing legal matters
  • Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, document templates, and contract management workflows
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information
  • Support additional legal and administrative initiatives as assigned by the Legal department
