Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the legal, executive, and business teams in contract administration, governance, and compliance. You will draft and review commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts while tracking obligations and renewals.

The role emphasizes providing accurate legal documentation, conducting research, and coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Experience supporting commercial contracts and corporate governance activities.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance practices, and legal operations.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key contractual obligations.
  • Maintain corporate records, legal entity documentation, and support corporate governance activities.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with employment, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters under the direction of legal counsel.
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas, audits, litigation requests, and other legal inquiries.
  • Maintain organized legal files, document repositories, and records management systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Operations to support legal requests.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel by gathering documentation and supporting ongoing matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, templates, and workflows.

Who We're Looking For

The Paralegal is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to Waste Harmonics Keter's legal, executive, and business teams. This role plays a critical part in supporting contract administration, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, legal research, litigation support, and document management while helping ensure the organization operates efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


The ideal candidate is a highly organized legal professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Be Doing


  • Draft, review, proofread, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and other legal documents

  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key contractual obligations

  • Maintain corporate records, legal entity documentation, and support corporate governance activities

  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders

  • Assist with employment, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters under the direction of legal counsel

  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas, audits, litigation requests, and other legal inquiries

  • Maintain organized legal files, document repositories, and records management systems

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other business teams to support legal requests

  • Coordinate with outside counsel by gathering documentation, managing communications, and supporting ongoing legal matters

  • Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, document templates, and contract management workflows

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information

  • Support additional legal and administrative initiatives as assigned by the Legal department


What You’ll Bring To The Table


  • 3–7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms or legal operations software

  • Familiarity with commercial contracting, corporate governance, and compliance best practices
