Qualifications

• 7–10 years of paralegal experience in corporate/transactional settings.
• Experience in renewable energy, clean energy, infrastructure, finance, or related industry preferred.
• Experience handling high volumes of legal documents and transactions.
• Familiarity with NDAs, Ironclad, and DocuSign.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Draft, review, track, and manage NDAs and other legal documents.
• Coordinate document execution and signatures through DocuSign.
• Manage legal workflows and agreements through Ironclad.
• Partner closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Work independently to prioritize competing deadlines and high-volume requests.
• Support process improvements and help the Legal team scale as transaction volume continues to grow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• 7–10 years of paralegal experience in a corporate, transactional, or similarly fast-paced legal environment.
• Experience within renewable energy, clean energy, infrastructure, finance, or a related industry strongly preferred.
