Career Group represents a leading renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure investment firm seeking a Senior Paralegal in San Francisco or New York. This temp-to-perm role offers $140k–$180k per year plus a 25% annual bonus, and requires 7–10 years of paralegal experience in a fast-paced, transactional setting.

You will support a lean Legal team, manage hundreds of NDAs daily, draft and track documents, and coordinate signatures through DocuSign and workflows in Ironclad, collaborating

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of paralegal experience in corporate/transactional settings.
• Experience in renewable energy, clean energy, infrastructure, finance, or related industry preferred.
• Experience handling high volumes of legal documents and transactions.
• Familiarity with NDAs, Ironclad, and DocuSign.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide paralegal support to a lean and growing Legal team in a transactional environment.
• Manage and support a high volume of legal transactions, including hundreds of NDAs daily.
• Draft, review, track, and manage NDAs and other documents.
• Coordinate document execution and signatures through DocuSign.
• Manage legal workflows and agreements through Ironclad.
• Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Prioritize deadlines and high-volume requests independently.
• Support process improvements and help scale the Legal team as volume grows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties throughout the lifecycle.
