Job summary

PGA TOUR is seeking a capable paralegal to provide comprehensive support for Tournament Players Club operations, PGA TOUR Charities, litigation matters, and events in a corporate setting.

The role requires strong Word skills and experience with corporate records and contracts, with preferred paralegal certification and relevant experience in corporate law environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required.
• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years paralegal experience required.
• Prior work experience in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required.
• Experience with corporate records, corporate contracts, and non-profit entities preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills required; LexisNexis/Westlaw preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contractual arrangements (service, vendor, leases, etc.) for PGA TOUR and TPC units.
• Prepare and review charity registrations and related filings.
• Prepare and review commercial agreements (sponsorship, facilities, TV, tournament).
• Provide daily legal support to multiple business divisions across PGA TOUR.
• Handle special projects or other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Prepare and review contractual arrangements, including: service agreements, vendor agreements, ticketing and hotel agreements, leases, independent contractor, tournament-related agreements, and other business arrangements of the PGA TOUR and/or Tournament Players Clubs, as directed.
• Prepare and review charity registrations, charity filings, gift agreements, and other charity related contractual agreements.
• Prepare and review commercial agreements, including sponsorship, facilities, television, tournament, and other contractual agreements.
• Provide daily legal support to various business divisions across the PGA TOUR as directed.
• Special projects or other duties as assigned.
