PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking a production logistics lead based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Responsibilities include booking vendors, scheduling crew and facilities, and managing budgets with Accounting to ensure timely client billing.
You will oversee operations from start to finish, coordinate with PGA TOUR Broadcasting and Tournament Business Affairs, and travel as needed to manage productions at events. A bachelor’s degree or related experience and 5–7 years in production are required;

Responsibilities include the booking and scheduling of vendors, crew and technical facilities for a variety of projects with a focus on assigned live remote productions. Determine requirements for each job and facilitate as needed, oversee from beginning to end with all parties, managing all operational aspects of each project to guarantee they are managed appropriately. Work directly with the Accounting Department on projected budgets and reconcile project expenses to ensure client billing is timely and accurate.
Responsible for identifying, contacting and booking facilities and equipment for each assigned project or live remote production Negotiate and work directly with hotel sales teams on contracts and see through that room blocks are accurate, create rooming lists in a timely fashion and that the billing is correct per individual contract Book airfare and auto rentals for both in-studio and on-site crew and also reconcile expenses to the show through Concur Adhere to the budget parameters during all phases of the project Advance setup and on-site management for remote productions including logistics for equipment and office trailer/furniture delivery and setup Coordinate with PGA TOUR Broadcasting and Tournament Business Affairs, Tournament Directors/Operations personnel and network partners to ensure on-site integration is to plan Negotiate with major equipment and service vendors; broadcast network/partners included Arrange for media credentials, parking passes, golf carts, office trailers, equipment, phone lines, etc Generate and distribute production books and communicate pertinent shoot information to crew, vendors and staff Work with assigned Tech Manager(s) leading up to and throughout the entire production to ensure all needs are met for both PGA TOUR Entertainment and all International partners Lead review and approval for all production crew, vendors and equipment invoices once the job has been completed Reconcile actual expenses and update budget spreadsheets for Accounting Department Work with various persons to ensure the projects best results Develop and encourage staff to pursue new tasks and challenges related to overall departmental goals and objectives Contribute to departmental operations, including staffing, budget management/ cost containment, and internal communication Special projects or other duties as assigned
