Job summary

Campbell Durrant PC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Pittsburgh office. You will support attorneys across litigation, labor, and administrative matters, handle pleadings, discovery, and case management, and assist with arbitration processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. This role offers opportunities for growth and involvement with complex legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of paralegal experience
  • Completion of accredited paralegal program preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office, case management systems, and e-discovery

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in litigation, arbitration, mediation, hearings, and collective bargaining
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and documents
  • Conduct legal research and manage discovery including ESI
  • Organize case files, exhibits, databases, and document management
  • Coordinate hearings, depositions, witnesses, and client communications
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, arbitration exhibits
  • Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, agencies

Position Summary
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting attorneys in litigation, arbitration, mediation, hearings, and collective bargaining matters

  • Serving as a liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, agencies, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant paralegal experience
  • Completion of an accredited paralegal program, degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal case management systems, and e-discovery platforms
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality
