Job summary

Vernis & Bowling's Pensacola office is looking for Paralegals with at least 2 years of civil defense experience to join our team. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and notices, while also managing e-service and US mail, and preparing hearing exhibits.

Ideal candidates can multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with Florida Rules of Procedure is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of civil defense experience.
• Familiarity with legal document drafting.
• Strong organizational skills.
