Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company near Passaic, NJ, is seeking an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join their team. The role focuses on lease drafting, amendments, abstracts, and administration to support real estate leasing operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of paralegal experience, real estate leasing exposure, and strong MS Office skills. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
