• 5+ years of transactional real estate experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from intake through closing
• Maintain case files, perform due diligence, title and survey review, UCC searches, prepare closing checklists and binders, and track deadlines
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $100K - $160K (non‑exempt) commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus and full benefits
• Flexibility for overtime as needed
