Real estate law firm in Ocean Township, NJ seeks a Real Estate Paralegal with 3–5 years of office experience. You will prepare and review closing documents, conduct title searches, and coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients to close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Conduct title searches, lien searches, and review title commitments
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients throughout the closing process
• Draft and file legal documents including deeds, mortgages, affidavits, and closing statements
• Maintain organized and accurate client files and transaction records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and deadlines

Well established and busy law firm with focus on residential real estate transactions seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of a Real Estate Paralegal. 3 to 5 years experience is preferred but we WILL train the right candidate as well.
