Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the paralegal to all legal team members.
• Work as a liaison between legal and other departments including sales, finance, operations etc.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to technology transactions.
• Assist in managing cases involving technology disputes, including organizing evidence and maintaining case files and working with outside counsel to assist in providing information and documents as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.
• Coordinate and manage contracts within a clm system and assist sales with moving these contracts forward.
• 5% for potential occasional travel for internal meetings.
