  • Review and analyze documents and records for compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist with data entry and the preparation of reports and other legal documents.
  • Work closely with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the legal team.
