W3Global partners with a Los Angeles plaintiff-side Personal Injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage discovery through trial and work closely with attorneys on Personal Injury matters.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PI litigation, fluency in Spanish, strong organizational skills and familiarity with California procedures. In-office position with competitive benefits and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure and court rules.
• Experience supporting cases through active litigation and trial preparation.
• Filing experience is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish is required.

We've partnered with an established Plaintiff-side Personal Injury law firm in Los Angeles that is actively hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is a strong opportunity for a paralegal who is comfortable managing the day-to-day demands of active litigation and wants to work closely with attorneys on Personal Injury matters from discovery through trial. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide substantive support throughout the litigation lifecycle while helping attorneys stay organised, prepared and on top of critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Manage court deadlines, litigation calendars and case-related deadlines
• Maintain and organise case files and litigation records
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, depositions, meetings and other appointments

What We're Looking For

• 3 - 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure and court rules
• Experience supporting cases through active litigation and trial preparation
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation/case-management software
• Filing experience is a plus
• Fluent Spanish is required
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM
• Paralegal associate degree, certificate or other relevant paralegal qualification preferred

Compensation

- $80,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
