• Coordinate trial preparation and provide direct support during trial.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through post-trial proceedings, keeping case files, workspaces, and materials organized and client-ready.


• Oversee discovery, large-scale document reviews, deposition preparation, witness coordination, and related litigation support activities.


• Draft routine pleadings, subpoenas, and litigation documents while performing cite-checking and managing state and federal court e-filings.


• Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other legal research platforms, including preparing reports, chronologies, and case summaries.


• Coordinate trial preparation, including trial notebooks, exhibit management, courtroom logistics, and direct support during trial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.


• Salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year.


• Hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday in office, work from home on Fridays.


• Location: Dallas, TX.
