SpineSearch is working with a fast-paced healthcare and medical device organization is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support contract management and legal operations. This is a high-visibility role working closely with attorneys and leadership on healthcare and medical device agreements in a demanding, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage healthcare and medical device contracts
- Support attorneys with regulatory, transactional, and operational legal work
- Conduct legal research related to healthcare regulations and commercial agreements
- Organize and maintain contract databases and document management systems
- Coordinate with internal leadership and external partners to ensure timely execution of agreements
- Assist with preparation of legal correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Support contract lifecycle processes and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Paralegal experience or legal assistant experience highly preferred
- Experience reviewing or managing contracts strongly preferred
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to follow direction closely
- Interest in law school or long‑term legal career is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Familiarity with ContractPodAI
- Experience with iManage document management system
- Exposure to AI tools in legal workflows
