The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate, strong drafting and writing skills, and experience in a high-volume legal office. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with standard 40-hour weeks.

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
• Excellent writing skills with demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents
• Previous administrative office experience in a high-volume environment
• Professional communication skills via telephone and email
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute; versatile computer skills

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and produce and draft legal documents and pleadings
• Support attorneys with preparation of prelitigation letters and notices
• Perform e-filing and additional administrative duties as needed by the department
• Assist in heavy client contact via phone and email
