Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with contracts in a large company (Sourcing, Legal, or related department).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage the contract process independently.
• Confident in contract drafting and editing; able to draft proper language without constant oversight.
• Salesforce or similar program experience is a plus (training provided on internal programs)

Are you an experienced contract specialist looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive legal team? We're seeking a Paralegal (no certification required) to join our Fort Worth, TX office!

Position Highlights:

• Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite required on Tuesdays; flexible office days for the rest of the week)
• Hours: Generally 9am-5pm (Flexible schedule)
• Duration: Anticipated to be a longer-term role, but may end by the close of 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with contracts in a large company (Sourcing, Legal, or related department)

• Confident in contract drafting and editing; able to make decisions and draft proper language without constant oversight
