Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with contracts in a large company (Sourcing, Legal, or related department).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage the contract process independently.
• Confident in contract drafting and editing; able to draft proper language without constant oversight.
• Salesforce or similar program experience is a plus (training provided on internal programs)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our in-house lawyer to manage and oversee all contract processes.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts independently.
• Support one dedicated client, handling all their contractual needs.
