A bit about us

We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm, is searching for a Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our office in El Segundo.

Our litigation practice consists of wage and hour class actions and individual employment law matters. Applicants should have experience working in a law firm, and / or have a paralegal certificate. Class action experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual / fluent in both Spanish and English and possess 2-5 years of paralegal experience. Experience in employment law / wage and hour and / or civil litigation preferred.

The Paralegal will provide critical support to a team of attorneys, draft, file and serve legal documents for both state and federal court, calendar deadlines, schedule court appearances and court reporters for depositions and hearings, prepare hearing binders, maintain client and case files, and assist with various stages of case management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, committed to learning, and deadline and detail oriented.
