Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position offers exposure to transactional matters, class actions, and employee-related issues, with a focus on compliance and strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD, be licensed, and bring at least three years of experience in transactional law and class actions. Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters, including transactional, class action, and employee-related issues. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of issues, including transactional matters, class action lawsuits, and employee-related issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, such as court trials and mediation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team and work closely with various departments within the organization.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the organization and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class action lawsuits, and employee-related issues.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal issues in a practical manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the legal industry is a must.
