Synectics Inc. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and personal injury to join our team on-site in California.

The role involves drafting legal documents, managing case files, and supporting attorneys through discovery, trial prep, and deposition summaries. Ideal candidates will hold an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, have in-depth knowledge of California court rules, and excel in high-volume caseloads with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required.
• 3+ years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures and court rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office, case management, and billing software.
