Synectics Inc. is seeking a 3+ years experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support our litigation team with hybrid flexibility and opportunities for growth.

You will assist attorneys through pleadings, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation, while managing multiple case files and communicating with clients, carriers, and courts. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of litigation procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and deadline-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management technology, with sound judgment and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities
