Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Paralegal with Insurance Defense / Litigation experience to support a busy litigation team in Greenville, SC or Charleston, SC. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on case management and collaboration with attorneys and clients.

You will coordinate depositions, mediations, subpoenas, analyze medical records, draft chronologies, prepare discovery requests, and assist with trial preparation while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense or litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
