The Augusta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, PC is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of complex insurance defense litigation experience and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules. Medical Malpractice defense experience is preferred. Additional requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings, and processes; excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to function well in a high-paced environment; and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $57,000 - $66,000
