Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• ParaPro Assessment with a qualifying score required or equivalent.
• Minimum education coursework in education or related field (behavior management, instructional strategies).
• Experience working with students in structured educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote student learning and well-being for students with IEPs.
• Assist with personal care and medical needs as needed.
• Support instructional activities and classroom management under teacher direction.
• Work with students with diverse needs, including off-site instructional activities as required.
