Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education coursework in behavior management / instructional strategies favored.
• 1 year of experience with students in a structured educational setting preferred; or equivalent.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Promote student learning and well-being under general supervision.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and physical support as needed.
• Support instructional activities and manage classroom behavior.
• Perform clerical tasks to assist teachers and staff.
• Occasionally participate in off-campus activities with students.
