Job summary

The role includes classroom management, off-site activities as needed, and clerical tasks to support teachers. Eligibility includes an Associate degree or higher with related education coursework.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development, instructional strategies and goals.
• Ability to assist with instructional program implementation and behavior monitoring.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support students with IEP-related needs and help with academic, behavioral, social and emotional support.
• Assist with implementation of instructional activities during teacher's absence.
• Perform clerical tasks to support teachers and staff.
