Montgomery County Public Schools seeks a Paraeducator Level I to support students and teachers at Clearspring Elementary School. The role focuses on enabling grade-level mastery, assisting instruction, and maintaining an orderly learning environment.

Outside duties may be required and flexible scheduling is available. This 0.375 FTE position (30 hours bi-weekly) is for a grade 13 with potential progression after probation and training hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• College coursework in education recommended (e.g., behavior management).
• ParaPro Assessment with qualifying score often required.

• Support instruction and classroom management in general education settings.
