Qualifikationen

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma (minimum qualification)
• No professional work experience required
• Title I assignments require two years of college, an associate degree, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge in reading, writing and mathematics

Aufgaben

• Assist classroom teacher in preparing materials, administering tests, grading, attendance, etc. (Daily, 30%)
• Assist students with classroom activities and curriculum delivery in one-on-one and small group settings (Daily, 30%)
• Monitor students and reinforce appropriate behavior during activities, meals, and transitions (Daily, 20%)
• Perform basic clerical work for the classroom teacher, including typing, filing, data entry, and supplies (Daily, 10%)
• Assist with field trips, drills, and other events (Daily, 5%)
• Perform other duties as assigned (Daily, 5%)
