Job summary

Beaverton School District seeks a Paraeducator 1 to support instructional delivery in a Kindergarten classroom. This probationary, part-time role focuses on preparing materials and assisting the teacher with small-group instruction.

This position will work in a Kindergarten Classroom

Purpose: The Paraeducator 1 assists the Teacher in the delivery of an instructional program, through preparation of the classroom and materials, and through working with individual and small groups of students. The Paraeducator 1 also provides supervision of student activities in order to ensure that the school maintains a safe and orderly environment.
