Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator to provide 1:1 behavior support, life skills instruction, and transportation assistance for the 2026-27 school year. This position supports students with specialized needs under the Special Education program.

Responsibilities include implementing Individualized Education Plans, addressing academic, behavior, and adaptive needs, supporting Behavior Intervention plans, managing health and toileting plans as required, and possibly riding the bus with

Life Skills Program:

The Life Skills program is a service for students with significant cognitive and academic delays, existing concurrently with deficits in adaptive behavior. These programs are for students who will likely need a life-skills or functional approach to academic instruction.
