Job summary

Weston Public Schools is seeking a Para-Educator, Special Education, 1.0 FTE at Weston Intermediate School to work with individual students or small groups and help them achieve goals set in IEPs.

You will support the district’s special education program, collaborating with teachers, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of post-secondary education.
• Experience working with children; para-educator experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive and productive relationships with teachers and students.
