Qualifications

• Two years of study at an institution of higher education (per Higher Education Act) or an Associate’s degree.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Pass the ETS Para Pro Assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse student needs academically in general education or resource classrooms.
• Develop plans, materials, and activities under the certificated teacher’s direction.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and community.
