SUMMARY:
The position of Para-educator I works under the supervision of the certificated teacher and other staff personnel to assist in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the instructional program. Typically, in the general education or resource classroom.

180-259 Day Employees- Paid leave benefits to include 10 sick days, 10 paid holidays, and 3 personal leave days.
260 Day Employee-Paid leave benefits to include a minimum of 12 sick days, 13 paid holiday and 3 personal leave days and a minimum of 10 days’ vacation after the first year.
*Benefits may be prorated based upon date of hire/hours per day
Note: Employment contingent upon successful clearance of a Washington State Patrol, FBI fingerprint criminal history background check, and School Board approval.
